We're the Salem-Keizer area’s only home delivered meal program serving seniors and those unable to shop or prepare meals for themselves due to illness or disability.
In 2008, Salem-Keizer Meals on Wheels served over 115,000 meals to seniors and disabled adults in our area, including over 600 meals a month delivered to low-income clients. Almost half of our meal recipients live at or below the poverty line.
We don't collect government funding/subsidies. Therefore, the financial support we receive from the community is essential to our ongoing success.
